I have been slapped once. I was at the Player's Retreat conversing with this girl, and I was pretty drunk and told her she was really pretty. Then, just to see what would happen, I added "And your breasts are so nice." SLAP! before I knew what had happened. But she didn't slap me very hard, it was just a token slap and didn't really hurt. I told a girl about it later, and she remarked, "There's no point in slapping someone if it doesn't hurt. If I ever slap you, you better believe it'll hurt."

But I'd be interested to hear what sorts of things you people have done to get your bad selves slapped.
