5/8/2009 9:36:56 PM

5/8/2009 9:38:25 PM

5/8/2009 9:47:21 PM
Raleigh CA?!?!??!?!?!?
5/8/2009 10:16:40 PM
whoever is running shit there now doesnt know what the fuck they are doingyou can't run a sports bar and not open up for the ACC and NCAA basketball tournies, a problem that they apparently had this year.

Aren't they near quizno's on hillsborough?I used to live on the other side of the tracks around there.....pretty ghetto
5/9/2009 3:49:35 AM
its not called playmakers anymore?
5/9/2009 3:51:02 AM
its brickhouse now
5/9/2009 10:19:49 AM
wow[fail]
5/9/2009 10:21:18 AM
The price seems pretty low for its potential profitability. Someone explain that one to me.
5/9/2009 11:15:36 AM
^ in its current condition... with its client base and profitability as it stands... its worth that. Personally, i dont think its worth that much.
5/9/2009 11:25:03 AM
just close it downwhen they got service to come to your table, it was the beginning of the endand that was years ago now
5/9/2009 11:27:27 AM
haha, i knew the brickhouse wouldn't last. i hope the new owners can turn it around. that place has so much potential given its location.
5/9/2009 11:28:53 AM
i have the money for this, i wonder how much it would cost to have the right people with the right know how, to make this a boomin place. i mean shit. you could have singles night, awesome wing deals, taco nights, student nights, and this is within 2 miles of 3 campus'( i think thats right) why does this place fail so hard
5/9/2009 11:29:51 AM
you just wanted to say that you have 300k
5/9/2009 11:31:27 AM
^^it fails because when you order sliders there, it's a hamburger cut into four pieces, yet it's still the same price as a regular hamburger except you don't get the fries with it
5/9/2009 11:33:39 AM
No, lol, I have money for an investment. After working a numbers of bars growing up, I dont see how a place could fail so hard/easy
5/9/2009 11:40:19 AM
5/9/2009 11:48:37 AM
i can buy this place, i'll have to give this some thought before i do, i was planing on using the money to buy and xbox but its hard to pass up a night clubwe'll see
5/9/2009 12:39:49 PM
bad restaurant name ... change the name = profit.
5/9/2009 12:42:31 PM
I never realized PM's used to be a get your food yourself kind of place. I think that would have worked out MUCH better. If they charged a little less for the food, dropped the waitresses... would be a great place to go chill out for a game. I hated sitting there watching a game when i know i dont plan on eating or drinking the whole time.
5/9/2009 12:57:40 PM
does it come with robbie
5/9/2009 12:58:41 PM
^ HAHAHAHAHAHA yes it does, even if you dont want him...place definitely has potential, great layout/setup, impossible not to have a good line of sight for all the games, plenty of parking. Definitely went down when they went to waitresses and Edwin and Murphy left.

lol @ Ragged. People who actually have $300k in liquid assets don't flaunt around that they have that much in liquid assets. Unless they are a rapper/black/athelete/kid rock[Edited on May 9, 2009 at 9:43 PM. Reason : df]

well it was an impulse thing. didnt really know what i was saying till i said it. I am the last guy to flaunt shit around. i guess i was thinking out loud. Anyway, the good thing is that when need money i have it, but, trust funds for the win. when I get older Id like to open a bar or pizza shop.
5/9/2009 9:50:18 PM
trust funds are for the win for sure. I have a friend who becomes a millionaire on his 25th birthday.
