I wouldn't think of them as being overhyped persay. More like they're just now finally being hyped after the SNL performance.

They were hyped long before SNL. "1901" came out like three months ago.

What I've heard of the album is decent, nothing spectacular or mind-blowing. It would be a shame to see these guys get Vampire Weekend'd, though.

P.S. The Teenagers remix of "1901" is better than anything on the actual album.

Wolfgang is pretty good album. Its in my current rotation, but its nothing new. Just a good album from a good band

Pretty mediocre for them, IMO. "1901" is nice and I like the guitars on "Lisztomania" but that's about it.

I like "Rome" and one other track. The rest was kind of bland. I've always thought this band had decent potential but after every release I devalue that idea.
