Buffalo Bills running back Corey McIntyre has been arrested and charged with a single misdemeanor count of exposure of sexual organs in Port St. Lucie, Fla., according to TCPalm.com.

Citing police reports, the article states that McIntyre has been accused of masturbating outside of a 59-year-old woman’s house on March 20.

The woman alleges that she heard a knock at her window, then witnessed a man masturbating outside of her house.

According to the report, the woman described the man as 5'10,” with dreadlocks. When officers saw McIntyre on his bicycle, the woman identified him by saying: “That’s him.”

McIntyre is liste at 6'0,” 258 pounds on the Bills’ official roster.

Denying the charges, McIntyre said that he wasn’t masturbating or exposing himself. He described his activity as his usual bicycle run when questioned by police officers.

According to the report, the woman had called 911 the previous week after hearing her door bell ring and allegedly saw a man outside her window masturbating.

McIntyre, who has also played for the Atlanta Falcons, New Orleans Saints and Cleveland Browns after going undrafted out of West Virginia, was arrested Thursday night and is free today on $10,000 bail.

He started two games for the Bills last season and caught two passes.

makes you wonder, though - what if he wasn't doing anything? What if this woman was either fucking crazy, or making it up for some reason (doesn't like McIntyre, doesn't like the Bills, whatever)?

Maybe he won't be found guilty, but the charge alone is enough to sully his reputation quite a bit or make people suspicious he is some kind of pervert

title should be "Bills RB accused of..."

I'm willing to bet that the lady is an old cat lady making shit up, and when he rode by on a bike, she just pointed at him and was like "THAT'S HIM."

If he were going to do this, why would he pick some old ass 59 year old woman? And why would he ride past the lady's house on his bike after she saw him whacking it in her yard, and he saw cop cars sitting out front? Shit doesn't add up.

Eyewitness reports are often incorrect. I wouldn't think that a NFL player would need to do this, why not just hire a hooker to jack off on. Doesn't make sense.

Is this the same incident and she pointed him out a week later or did she call the week before as a separate incident.

All they had to do was be like, "Sir, please step off of your bicycle and let this officer smell yo dick."

That would have cleared this all up.

"Police to drop charge against McIntyre

PORT ST. LUCIE, Fla. -- A misdemeanor charge against Buffalo Bills fullback Corey McIntyre has been dropped after authorities say a witness offered questionable statements.

The State Attorney's Office said Wednesday the victim's identification of McIntyre as the suspect was questionable, and prosecutors planned to file paperwork to formally drop the charge.

Another possible suspect has been arrested in a similar case, police said.

McIntyre was arrested last month on accusations that he fondled himself outside a Port St. Lucie woman's home about 100 miles north of Miami. The incident occurred in March, McIntyre had been free on $10,000 bond.

He has denied the charge. He has said he was out riding his bike in the area as part of his regular workout on the day he was detained by police, and the victim identified him as the suspect.

"I just want to say that I'm happy that my name has been cleared today," McIntyre said Wednesday after a team practice in New York. "I have maintained my innocence all through this process, and I'm just glad it's out of the way.

"I'm sorry for the embarrassment to my family and to the Bills, and now my focus is on training camp. And that's all I have to say."

In later interviews, the woman said she never saw the suspect's genitals, and couldn't positively identify McIntyre as the culprit.

On Monday, authorities arrested a man accused of exposing himself on June 2 in the same area where McIntyre had been riding his bike, said officer Thomas Nichols of the Port St. Lucie Police Department.

McIntyre's agent, Brett Tessler, called the charge "absurd and utterly ridiculous."

"They never should have been filed in the first place and Corey, his family, and the Bills never should have been subjected to this kind of pain and embarrassment," Tessler said Wednesday.

Police acknowledged the only similarities between McIntyre and the latest suspect arrested is that they are both black and have dreadlocks.

"They are significantly different in physical shape," Nichols said. The new suspect weighs about 150 pounds, while McIntyre is nearly 260 pounds, he said.

McIntyre, 30, preparing to enter his fifth NFL season, was signed by the Bills on Sept. 30, and appeared in 11 games, including two starts. He was used primarily as a blocker and also saw playing time on special teams.

McIntyre has also played with Cleveland, New Orleans and Atlanta."
