I think I get it – it's because they'd just put the money in the bank, but then it would expire before they had a chance to use it....?

What if I bought actual items (food, tools, etc.) for other people?...(like Str8BacardiL buying others' drinks)...and then paid to ship them overseas or wherever?

Also, you can't buy more money, but can you buy things to start a business?
