I usually break something breakable, like a glass or plate or bottle, whatever is cheap and within reach.

I mean, it's momentarily satisfying, but then I have to clean it up, which is annoying.

i had a frien do this a few years ago. we were all drunk and punching holes in my walls. He forgot to messure 16" on center. hit a stud and broke 2 bones in his hands. he said he would just hold his hand for a few days and let the bones grow back together. I said duct tape it, my gf at the time ended up taking him to the hospital

I've hurt my hand several times punching things, I've only broken it once though. I wanted to quit doing it though, so I thought about buying a punching bag but I couldn't afford it, so I bought boxing gloves instead. Now when I get mad I put them on and then punch the wall, saves me a lot of trouble.
