So one of my friends offered to come clean my house if I pay her a little bit. No, I will not be there while she is cleaning so theres no "naked cleaning" or whatever. My main area of focus for her would be the kitchen and bathrooms. How much should I offer to pay and how should I describe the cleaning expected? For a point of reference, I'm your regular mildly dirty homeowner. I care about staying clean but the motivation just isnt there haha.

you should probably look at merry maids or something to compare prices to, but i think 10 is too low if you compare it to those places

$10/hr is the least you should pay. I used to clean houses for folks (including some TWWers). Aim more for $12. I'd say closer to $15, but with the economy the way it is, this is one of the first things to get axed, and one of the first things people start to do to earn extra money.
