I was living in the Lodge (the complex that borders the Park) when they were building the Park. Supposedly the floorplans are the same, but I dunno if that's true. That's really all I can contribute to this thread.

^^just gathering opinions. everyone i've talked to really liked the place, thought i'd ask tww as well.also, what did your utilities typically run every month? our electric bill is absolutely ridiculous at our current place because it's 3 stories and was built in 1970, haha.^yeah, they look pretty much the same except the park looks newer and the kitchen is nicer.]

If you're living anywhere described as The _________ at _________, it's probably going to suck.

I lived there for a little over a year. Really nice place, I think the utilities ran about $70 a month for electric in my 1 bedroom, but I also kept it pretty cool in there. If I was going to move into another 1 bedroom I'd probably go back to Park at Crossroads.

I lived there and really enjoyed it. The apartments are nice, and it's far enough out and expensive enough not to be full of loud students. The common building has a nice lounge area with a pool table, TV, and kitchen space so you can hold parties with more people there than you could fit in your apartment. Also a nice workout area and an indoor/outdoor pool that they seem to take good care of. I would definitely live there again if I moved back to the Raleigh area.
