Console only, no cables, controllers, etc. I mainly want it for the hdmi port, as my core model doesn't have it and I wanna try out 1080p.

Just fyi, the non-HDMI models and the HDMI models use a different power brick, so you'll need at least that.

i was in contact with said friend. we had picked a time to meet up and that was the last i heard from him. he said best he could do was 2 week warranty on unmodded 360. i contacted him once to meet up and didnt get an answer.

sketch? He's a neighbor and a friend of mine. He fixed my current roomate's 360 (because he previously lived with him) and has about 100 of them back in Hillsborough. He was dealing with some BS with his GF at the time, but I thought I could be vague about it without going into gushy details. He didn't have your number saved at the time, so he had no way of calling him back. If you don't want a 360 with HDMI for 70-90 including everything except a controller and game on the basis of him being sketch---eventhough I hang out with him all the time and hes an actual friend, by all means...
