Does anyone have experience with good project management software? Looking for something that will work well for collaboration in a construction and development company, especially that can have different levels of users. Document sharing is also key

Agree with that; however, note that setup can be rather complex and Sharepoint isn't a small undertaking. Might want to consider Project Server as an alternative.

Also, I believe there is project management software specific to construction. Damned if I can remember the name. Anyways, I'd still recommend Project+SharePoint to allow for a more ubiquitous, dynamic environment.
