Two words: WEAK SAUCE

Catchweight (195 lb) bout: Rich Franklin vs. Wanderlei Silva
Heavyweight bout: Cheick Kongo vs. Cain Velasquez
Welterweight bout: Mike Swick vs. Ben Saunders
Welterweight bout: Marcus Davis vs. Dan Hardy
Lightweight bout: Spencer Fisher vs. Caol Uno
Heavyweight bout: Mirko Filipovic vs. Mostapha Al-turk

Looks like some good fights, but most of them will not lead to any title shots. I don't even see a top 3 contender in this list. Maybe Kongo? He may be the only one that gets a title shot after this event.

i agree. but i dont care about title implications and these are gonna be some nasty fights

im excited to see caol uno back hes been doin really good overseas

Franklin is gonna end wanderlei

im hopin cro cop loses again, hes done as a top fighter he needs to retire, i actually hope al turk takes him down and lays on him for 3 rounds just to further embarass him into retirement

^ I agree with the Crocop statement. There is too much hype over him. I hope he gets KO'd like in his first UFC debut.

some good fights/fighters, but this would have been better as a fight night free card because of the complete lack of title implications.

Didn't Franklin go down to train with silva a few months back? Should be a good slugfest.

**SPOILER ALERT***

Catchweight (195 lb) bout: Rich Franklin vs. Wanderlei Silva
- Good slugfest. Too bad no KO. Franklin must have learned a few things about avoiding the muay thai clinch from Silva.

Heavyweight bout: Cheick Kongo vs. Cain Velasquez
- This fight proved to us what we already suspect: Cheick Kongo has no ground game. Just a big black guy who can hit like a mofo. He almost KO'd Cain several times.

Welterweight bout: Mike Swick vs. Ben Saunders
- Fighting Twins (sounds like an old school Kung Fu movie... hehe). Very evenly matched. Swick was the better striker and that proved too much for Saunders.

Lightweight bout: Spencer Fisher vs. Caol Uno
- I knew Uno would get stuffed by Fisher. Good technical fight though.

Heavyweight bout: Mirko Filipovic vs. Mostapha Al-turk
- Typical Crocop fight. Punch, kick, run, punch, run, poke 'em in the eye.

Basically, I was not impressed with Crocop. There's a lot of hype behind him and his comeback dreams, but with that performance I don't see him coming back.

Fisher/Uno fight was too close to call. Fisher was stuffing his TD's like nothing. And got in a lot of good shots.
