I know a place with rooms opening up for leases starting in July. Super nice people. Lemme know and I'll hook you up with them.

Gorman Street Village is what they call themselves. The address is 1613 Gorman Street. They are owned by the Boylan Company (not Priess) and I have had nothing but great experiences with them through the company liaisons Carla and Betty. If you're interested in or want to see and application or lease, I can get them emailed to you. Rent is 335 a month (and it goes up as the summer progresses) and if you have adequate credit or a parental co-signature on the lease, then there is no security deposit.

They (Carla and Betty) are being held to some quotas for recruitment into the facility and I really like them, so I'm trying to help them out.

It's 100 bucks if you contact them by tomorrow and end up signing a lease. After this week it's a 25 dollar gas card per.

I see no reason to lie about it. I haven't misrepresented my feelings about the company at all in my
previous posts, so feel free to engage me in whatever constructive way you like about the place.
I promise I have been and will continue to be honest.

I can't buy and ad! I need to make commission off people joining my apartment complex first!
It's a catch - 22, one of those need experience to get experience things. Stupid circular requirement....
