Do the Green Works products clean as well as the harsh products? I'm hoping to avoid breathing the chemical fumes (even though I do love the smell of bleach) and be more eco-friendly, but don't want to sacrifice cleaning power.Plz to advise...]

I use the kitchen cleaner and like it. I didn't like it too much when I first bought it because I like knowing that things are santized with bleach or disinfectant but now that I'm preggers I try not to deal with chemicals so the green works stuff works good. And it smells nice! No harsh fumes. Oh yeah, I also use the bathroom cleaner at work and it seems to work just as good as the bleach we used to use.

thanks!

buy it! clorox owns Burt's Bees now so i'm biased.

I use water, vinegar, baking soda, castile soap and/or rubbing alcohol for most of my cleaning, and have never had to use an unreasonable amount of elbow grease....Even if those Clorox Green products work 75% as well, you should still switch to them from the harsh stuff.Even better, why not support a non-evil company? I'm sure some of the green cleaners are available from better companies..^lol... I see it the other way around. I no longer buy burt's bees because of that... fuck clorox

YES! i use all of them. shower, kitchen (well all natural surface cleaner), and toilet bowl. i think they work better than the regular kind. the all natural surface cleaner gets stuff off my counters and stovetop really well. better than fantastic and other similar things.plus i like the way they smelland yes green cleaners are available from other companies. by in large, the "green" cleaners i've used, whatever the brand, have worked better than the "regular" kind.[Edited on June 15, 2009 at 5:52 PM. i've been using the green works products for a while now and i like them. i love the wipes and use them daily to wipe down surfaces before my son comes in contact with them.

i think i'll give them a try

a disposable cleaning wipe just isn't eco-friendly. hopefully they are at least safe and effective.

I have the spray and I don't like it. It smells funny and is kinda greasy feeling.

I washed a sink full of dishes by hand last night with this dishwashing detergent. It got the job done.

my primary objective is not going green, but rather not breathing noxious fumes while cleaning.i use vinegar and/or rubbing alcohol a lot for cleaning and laundry. they do work well. for those of you who like using household items for cleaning, http://www.howtocleanthings.com has some great tips
