Metal/industrial/metal-industrial/power symphonic/trance/techno/electronica. Far too many bands fall into that category so I'm not sure that I should list them, but that's how I do it.

i actually more typically listen to podcasts when i workout. it gives me something to concentrate on and passes teh time more quickly.

I like some Metallica when I lift
or Van Halen with David Lee Roth is also good
but I haven't lifted in like 3 years, so sort of a moot point

this rock version of Lux Aeterna....its a slow buildup then I explode....typically reserve this for a max day, which i only do about 4 or 5 times a year
