Who on here is an intern this summer? Back when I interned at the Brunswick Plant a few summers ago my posting rate really increased. If you are, like many of us, are to old to intern where did you intern back when you were in school?

i loooooooooooooooooooooove our intern this summer
she is so smart and foxy

but she is really smart and its very nice being able to assign her "real" work to do instead of just admin stuff. she even showed me a trick on excel that i didnt know about. to our intern

I'm interning at fox 8 in Greensboro with Van Denton, the meteorologist there. It's been pretty cool so far.

2001 summer after freshman year - Kindred Healthcare in their IT Dept (same company they changed names)
2002 summer after sophomore year - Kindred Healthcare in their IT Dept
2003 jan started a co-op at ibm and worked full time that first semester and part time until i graduated in dec '04

I know this is the most unlikely scenario ever, but if you find yourself walking down that country ass road that CPT is on right before dark and you don't know it is there it can be scary as shit. I was trying to find a way back to my car which was up at the Highway 64 Bridge over the Haw River one time and found myself in just that situation. So I'm walking down the road and I heard a fucking lion in the woods. At first I was like "nah, that wasn't a lion" but then I kept hearing it. I thought some Africa shit was about to come out of the woods at me. I kept hearing it for about 1/2 mile until I came up on the entrance to that place. Saw the 20' fence with electric + razor wire at the top and figured out pretty quickly what it was. I had never heard of it before and had no idea it was there before that day.
