Just wondering how many designers we had on this board...

if you are a designer,
what field are you in?
where do you work/live?
any advice for someone just graduating and looking for a job???
do you have a link to your online portfolio?

I'll start.
I just graduated with a master's in ID, and I still live in Raleigh while I am job hunting.

Mark's on here: Cold-Viper. But he never posts, so I shall post for him

He's not in his field right now, moving to Indiana for engineering lol. But just graduated with a Master's in ID. I can't remember his online portfolio, but it's on Coroflot I believe.

I hope you find an awesome job!!! You might try military/govt stuff, they love out-of-the-box designers. I know Mark was looking at a job in Rhode Island as a 3d designer. OH and VT had something in Atlanta? I can't remember what it was.

Good luck!

No real advice unfortunately for new graduates. I didn't come out of school into this field. My degree was in exercise phys. Work any contacts you may have from school though.
