I had Eun for ECE407 (undergrad networking) and he was good. I would recommend him.

As long as it's not Nilsson for 570, that dude is intolerable in every way

as for material, 570 is pretty broad and introductory so it's not too bad at all, most everything you need is in the book, at least what I had with Nilsson

Nilsson was the worst professor I ever had at NCSU. Completely ineffective and unapproachable.

NEVER take a class from him.
