My sister has a place about 30 minutes outside San Francisco in Pacifica. I visit her annually when I get a chance. I usually wake up in the morning around 0530 and go for a run up and down the hills there. It's foggy sometimes, but pretty nice. It's right next the cliffs where the beach is and I just stare at the water and listen to the waves while I run for about 5 or 6 miles. There's a cafe where I usually grab a newspaper, my laptop and a great cup of white chocolate mocha and just watch the waves hit the sand.People are pretty mellow over there, so you can pretty much talk about anything all day. If you run for awhile, you'll notice the same folks running too and they'll say hello for awhile. At sunset at that same cafe, there's an old man who plays the acoustic guitar who plays songs filled with regrets and small triumphs. If you watch the beach, meteorites frequent the sky almost everyday at sunset.God, I would love to be there right now. What do you all recommend?
