i get these pretty regularly, as does my fiance. my eye dr. says some people just have them try not to look at blank spaces, like plain walls or the sky. look at surfaces with lots going on and you won't notice them as bad also try to look through them not at them (easier said than done i know)

I have them also...went to an ophthalmologist and he said they are proteins that break off and float around in the ocular fluid. He said they are harmless but annoying. I hardly notice them anymore except like someone said when I look at a white wall or up into the sky.
