Depends on whether your credit is good enough to get a decent mortgage at a decent rate. Better call your rental office tomorrow asking about buying out the remainder of your lease, too.

yes, i'd have no problem getting a good mortgage with a good rate. only thing is I don't know what my lease looks like and how I could minimize my damage.

^ yeah, the have a break lease term that'll put us down around 1500, butcould also go the other route to have someone take over the lease.Now it's all about finding a house. There is one pimp one we see on zillow that has a listing website. But, it says it was recently sold last november and the mls number on the realtor site isn't valid. Kinda strange. It's all about the kitchen and the backyard.
