Anything there? (yes obviously Charleston is in there somewhere, I want something more original)
Any fun places for someone from Raleigh to meet up with someone from Georgia..bed&breakfast? cabins? etc.
help me TWW! Otherwise I'm driving 6 hours to this place... http://secure.cedarcreekcabinrentals.com/RNS/search/propertydetail.aspx?ID=5 7/9/2009 8:11:35 AM |

ouch, good luck. Im sure there is something, but imo, the path b/w those two heads through the worst parts of NC and SC Your best bet for something in the middle probably is something along the SC coast 7/9/2009 8:16:07 AM |

there are a couple of lakes about midway in SC (lake marion, and lake moultrie) that probably have some scenic spots worth checking out. chances are there will be a few B&B's there to. 7/9/2009 8:19:01 AM |

If you don't want to go to Charleston, then you've made a good choice by going to the Helen area.
I mean, even getting laid wouldn't really make being in South Carolina worthwhile.
But seriously, the area near Helen is really nice.] 7/9/2009 12:51:19 PM |

I'd second that Lake Marion is probably your best bet if you are looking for something easy for both of you.
Maybe Beaufort, as a lesser visited version of Charleston. 7/9/2009 1:11:58 PM |
