you should totally have your secretary ask her to tell her before the interview if she (the prospective interview) thinks she (herself) is hot. also make it clear that this will in no way affect the hiring decision (even though it will). that way, you can hire only hot people with the same political views as you that you may possibly have sex with while at work.
