This is ridiculous - this lady is supposed to keep tabs on $$$ from the federal reserve being lent - unfortuantely, they don't even know who they are lending to or who they gave these trillions of $$$ to.

There's the full one hour hearing. Taking 5 minutes out of context really doesn't do it justice. This highlights two things in my mind:
1) Poor reporting structure within one branch of federal government (in this instance, the Federal Reserve). CEOs/Heads have a lot on their plates, but, this was a bit ridiculous.
2) Poor preparation for the hearing. New on the job, yes, but, you need to hit the ground running and be ready to answer some of these things immediately, or, be able to smooth things over if it's an answer you don't want to go on record for saying.
