Anyone on here recently upgrade to IE8 and then suddenly have FB Chat not be able to connect? I just finished installing IE8 and rebooting my PC and now my FB Chat won't work.

And FYI, I have no desire to use Firefox. I don't want to download Firefox. I will always use IE because that's what I like.

I really don't want a bunch of "IE SUCKS" posts. It's just a matter of opinion. I like IE so why switch to something else?

I don't know if other Java stuff works, gimme a website to test that theory.

Hmm...so I got no clue why FB Chat suddenly doesn't wanna work. It'll send the message (I think) but when they try to reply it says I'm offline. Meanwhile it tells me on my end that it can't connect to FB Chat, even though it did in fact send the message.

Seriously though, use another browser and test it. You can delete it and go back to using your retard browser when you're done.

I'm inclined to say it does, since I was on FB Chat before I downloaded the IE updates. Once the updates are installed and my computer has rebooted, I get back on FB and my Chat is fuxored.

i dont like randomly underlined words when i type, because i usually type in all lowercase and without apostrophes, which immediately means all my contraction words and my pronouns (i, i'm, i'll, etc) are all underline for not being capitalized i's.
