who the fuck spends their vacation staring at their fucking dogs on a webcam? These people would not send emails like that about me because i'm not a fucking cunt of a customer. I agree. They SHOULD be doing their job but they have a nice record of not but getting away with it. I think the attention should be paid to the employees not doing their job instead of the customers paying to board their dogs at that location.Right, my thought process is he's bashing these customers when really he should be on the employees. yeah, people may talk shit about their customers behind their back but at the end of the day...if i was paying for my dog to be run 5 times per day, i would expect they do it. also, if a facility is going to offer services like webcams and 5 runs a day, they should be able to deliver. who knows if the person actually spent a whole lot of time looking at the webcam, they could have happened upon it. the point is, they pointed out that they didn't feel they were getting what they paid for.yea the email is unprofessional, its also internal. anyone who has customers also knows that some are WAY more high maintenance than others, and you deal with them accordingly. note: when i board my cat, i'm like bobby. enjoy the short break and leave a number for emergencies. i boarded my cat at the vet for literally a month last year and didn't call once to check on anything. cats are different from dogs, but still, i personally enjoy the break and likely wouldn't check in on a webcam
