renters should never be so naive as to expect to get their deposit back. if you happen to get some back, consider it a bonus.

it isn't right, but it's the way it is, especially w/ most of these companies around ncsu.

yes the names do get confusing. this one is off of Trailwood 2 turns from Tryon.

BTW I have returned full deposits several times. Last year one tenant forfeited half of his for spilling bleach on his carpet. Pretty fair I would say and he agreed. The other 3 got full refunds because they left it in good shape.
