I thought you were only supposed to be able to crack these things once every minute or so... I can crack my ankle continuously, my neck nearly all the time and my knuckles almost continuously...It is like a stress reliever I guess, but I don't do it around people because I'm sure it could get annoying.Free thread I guess...[Edited on July 21, 2009 at 1:21 AM. takes me an hour or like 30 mins at least to pop my knuckles. prolly could pop my back like 4 times a day if i felt like it but usually only get 1 or 2

isn't popping things bad for you? or is that another one of those myths.

I just popped everything I could: ankles, knuckles, neck, back, wrists, toes.

I don't know, but I have a feeling my back and neck is all out of whack. I have a pinched nerve that makes it so I can hardly move my head if I lay at a certain angle. Shit sucks and only feels better when I crack my neck.

I was always lead to believe that it was because each time you do that you release a bit of fluid from your joint (whatever you cracked). My friend cracks everything including her neck. It freaks me out.
