So with chacha and the coupon forum being so popular here I was wondering how many folks use swagbucks. Still trying to find a job after graduation and have started using this as a side way to make a little extra cash while I waste the day away online. Anyone have luck with it? Or similar sites?

After a while they pretty much never give you bucks.

Also, the monkeys that answer their email will lie to you. I won concert tickets from them. Asked and they confirmed they were in Fayetteville waiting for me at will call. Get down there and no tickets. I had to send them angry emails for weeks to get them to give my boyfriend tickets to a different show (I couldn't attend, still pissed about that). Never compensated me for my gas and time wasted due to their lies. I couldn't even buy a ticket to the show because by the time the promoter showed up to confirm my lack of tickets it was 30+ mins after it started. I wasn't buying a ticket then by the time I got through security and found my seat missing the first hour.

So in short expect to be treated like shit, at the very most get one $5 amazon giftcard a month, and the search results are inferior to google.

And isn't that what a referral is? When you tell someone else about the site? So if i'm putting the link, yeah, I'm going to post it to the site with my name. I'm not trying to deceive anyone. Anyone who can read can see it says referral. And it's not like it hurts them or takes any extra effort to click a link that acts as a referral.

lewoods--> that sucks. I think i'm going to stick to prizes like gift cards that it's harder for them to screw me out of.

i use it, have gotten about 35 bucks over the course of this month, cashed in for a CD, and got it in a week no problem.

Definitely stick with the giftcards. The search engine is pretty worthless, I found myself having to re-do about 90% of searches with google. Don't download the toolbar either, it's some serious spyware.

My time is better spent using coupons that dealing with them.
