battery life most important thing. only text and talk. dont use/need web capabilities. $100 max alltel/verizon.

was thinking about the env3 or maybe env touch which is $100 and at the highest end of my range.

also thoughts about the Motorola Rival.
any helpful suggestions appreciated.

I have the enV touch and love it. However, if battery life is the most important thing for you then do not get it. I have to plug mine in every night or it will die halfway through the following day.

if you don't use your battery right, you'll fuck up any of them. let it die all the way down before you charge it, then it'll hold the charge longer and you won't have to charge it every day.

The EnV3 has a better battery than the touch, and is $50 with no mail in rebate at Best Buy compared to $80 at the Verizon store. The Touch is cheapest at Verizon with a $100 price tag. Both of these phones have a more complete keyboard than the Rival.

The Tour would be the best phone if you wanted internet/email.
