I'm a young professional female looking for a roomie!
I prefer to live with another young professional or student who is neat,
laid back and enjoys balancing fun times with quiet times!
The condo is CLOSE TO NCSU.
This fall a bus will be running from the condo complex to the university (no charge to you!)

YOUR RENT INCLUDES:
TWO ROOMS (each with full baths, walk-in closets and ceiling fans)
**(I also have two rooms and use one as an office!)
ALL utilities
Time Warner HIGH SPEED WIRELESS INTERNET
Time Warner DIGITAL CABLE with HBO on demand AND DVR

The common areas are the kitchen, living room and dining area.
The kitchen is complete with all appliances
and I have more than enough dishes, pots and pans for 2 people.
There is ALSO A WASHER & DRYER in the unit.

I work full time and I'm back in school so it's quiet around the condo a lot.
I enjoy going out on the weekends, playing trivia and board games, cooking and kayaking.

The condo is VERY close to Lake Johnston.
There are basketball and volleyball courts and a pool in the complex.

these are not selling points. in fact, I'd demand lower rates if I had to deal with TWC. how do you not have UVERSE yet? TWC is a POS. of course, you'll probably snag some moron who doesn't know better.

$600 all inclusive is cheap living
I've lived in single units all over the cary & raleigh area
Utilities are only going up and paying only $600 a month
is ideal for someone who doesn't want to live with 3 other people

I think the arrangement is perfect for someone who works and goes to school...like I do.

I've been here for a year and never had a problem.
I have heard stories but I've heard stories about almost any complex around NCSU.
