don't get tricked by one of those starbucks disguised as a non-chain coffee shop
8/16/2009 5:51:40 PM
so you eat in windows and doors now?
8/16/2009 5:53:16 PM
i have made this decision as well. i try to eat as much locally grown food as i can.
8/16/2009 5:55:13 PM
what about local chains?there are a lot of state only chains and other 3-4 restaurant places that are the shit
8/16/2009 5:58:03 PM

i'd go for this if it weren't for bojangles and cookout.actually, i don't think i've chosen to eat at a chain place besides bojangles or cookout since i was like 16.'course, if someone else is picking up the tab, i go wherever teh hell they want to.
8/16/2009 6:04:45 PM
you can do this with the caveat that you only avoid national chainsthat would allow for bo's and cookout
8/16/2009 6:28:19 PM
maybe i could do that. i also just remembered that macado's and mellow muchroom are chains, and i usually hit one or the other at least once a week.]

macados and mellow mushroom may not be considered national chains either

8/16/2009 7:07:16 PM
franchises count
8/16/2009 7:07:29 PM
Meh...I like Bojangles and Chick-fil-a. I might only do them one or two times a month...but I do crave them at those times. And whether or not it falls into the category...I do like Mellow Mushroom and several other places that would fall into that category.

this thread is ridiculous. there are very, very few local only restaurants. you're only selling yourself short if you actually do this. unless you're only referring to "fast food" restaurants onlytroll much?
8/16/2009 7:19:11 PM
what's wrong with cooking your own food?
8/16/2009 7:23:06 PM
would you like franchise with that?in Pensacola?
8/16/2009 7:24:22 PM
