Haven't build a PC in about 5 years and I ran across a weird power plug on the board. I'm not done putting the PC together yet but i was just curious as to why this is halfway plugged up?

current board: ASUS M4A79 Deluxe AM3/AM2+/AM2 AMD 790FX ATX AMD Motherboard

Typically they're used to provide extra power to the motherboard to help stability.
