I haven't gotten any real aerobic exercise since my sister's wedding last August (before then I was going to the gym every day). I ran about 45 minutes today and felt fine until I stopped. I used to always sprint every time I encountered stairs (my own slant on the take-the-stairs-instead-of-the-elevator health tip). However, I think if I did that at work and one of the managers saw, I'd probably get fired or severely reprimanded for being "unsafe".
