There has been much debate on if this candle will burn all the way down.

What do you think?

The people around when I made it....some think it will and some think it won't

I kinda think it won't because it won't get much oxygen once it's gotten down so far in the bottle.

i doubt it, the flame wont be able to get enough air to keep burning once it burns down to a certain point

i kindly doubt it will burn very much.

where would all the wax go? seems to me like it'll just drown itself.

next time before making a candle like that follow these steps:
soak string in kerosene
wrap string around bottle before it starts to taper
light string on fire
let string burn
put bottle under water and break in half at string
clean up edge

There is a crazy looking smoke collecting right on top of the wax though...it kinda looks like the vapor that comes off dry ice.....

I think even if it does, the inside of the bottle will probably be black when it gets pretty low.

The wax burns, it's the fuel.

Well I'm going to let it burn as long as it will....regardless I think it's a pretty cool candle, even if it doesn't work.

If it's still burning when it gets down pretty low, I wouldn't touch the bottle.

Thing's going to be hot as shit.

you would have to somehow drain the wax as it burned, otherwise the wick would burn down and be suffocated by the melt

The wax does mostly burn up, I think its air flow that's going to kill this candle. Plus it'll be a bitch to relight if you aren't burning it all at once.
