^^^^^^ I'm definitely glad to hear this news. Much better/useful missions to fly over there. There are mountains and stuff to look at rather than an unimaginably vast expanse of sand. It also means a few extra months at home before deploying again (which is nice, as before I was only going to be home for about 9 months, with 7 weeks of that spent training in AZ).

He's in an induced coma right now. Burned pretty bad. The doctors say he's going to live but he almost didn't make it.

His wife is with him, they flew him to Germany and then back to Texas. It's going to be a long road for him, the wife and kids.
