CBS League: Lost 86-69 (normally a good number, not in fantasy football) thanks to Slaton, Parker, Roddy White, Desean Jackson, and others. One of my worst weeks ever.

This is how stupid the scoring is in my boss' league.

Willie Parker had 13 rushes for 19 yards and 1 rec for 5 yards. That's it. 29.4 pts.

Devin Hester had 4 catches for 90 yards and 1 TD. 31.1 pts.

The more interesting thread would be a bad beat fantasy football thread. For example, winning by x number of points and your qb throws an end of the game desperation pass and it gets picked and you ended up losing. That shit always sucks. The fact that everyone plays by different rules and in different leagues makes this dumb.

My league is standard scoring except all tds are 7 pts (including QB's), and everyone is 1 pt per 10 yards, including passing.

I was down 22 and had Brady and Kaeding against Rivers and Gostowski. Brady's miracle put me in a good position to take the win, and the two two point conversions took away points from Gostowski... unfortunately both of those were missed. But on Rivers last drive of the game he beat me by 9 yards. Motherfucker!

The points in that league are all basically just multiplied by a factor of 10. So instead of 6 for a TD it is 60. It is scoring we've been using since we ran the league by hand back in the day.

I didn't have to put up much this week, won by almost 100 points. Other guy had Bulger, AP, Gore, A. Johnson, TO, Gates, and the Pitt D/ST. All of those guys either got hurt or didn't put up more than a hand-full of points.

Up by ~60 in another league but they still have DeA, Felix Jones, and J. Witten, so I'm not feeling overly confident. Would be up by more if I had started Harvin over Manningham, stupid "sick and questionable" all week.

That idea above of giving 2 points per rush and only 10 yards per point is completely stupid. I mean, a RB who gets 100 yards on three big runs and a touchdown would finish (if I'm reading that right) with 30 points, but a fuckup who took 15 rushes for 21 yards and basically did nothing would still finish with 32 points. How is that even close to being possible?

I barely beat someone this week with all free agents and low draft picks. Duct-taped together Garcon, Mccoy, Donald Brown, and Denver defense into a winning team. Other guy had brees, so I dodged that bullet.

Each week is much more interesting when you have to figure out how to make up for your #1 pick being a total bust (LT).

This is the exact boat I'm in, need him to do well enough for me to win the one league, but not so good that he beats me out in the other one. Will be fun cheering for him to either have like 20 yards rushing and a td, or 150 yards rushing and none.

Also, I'd prefer if the panthers lose so we differ on that.
