I have mixed feelings about how glamorous breast cancer is in respect to the amounts of publicity it gets over other forms of more deadly, more-occurring cancers.

Let's see the NFL do something for melanoma, carcinoma, prostate, lung, pancreatic cancers, etc.

I prefer to talk about breasts rather than cigarettes, assholes, tanning, etc.

It can be if it's not detected early. If it IS detected early, it's hardly ever, if at all, fatal from my understanding. There are many other forms of cancer that are a lot more deadly than breast cancer.

I'm just a little convinced that the major sports do this shit to sell merchandise, and it disgusts me. They are more interested in this than telling women they should get screened early and often.

It also has to do with one of the biggest players in the league having a wife who was diagnosed with breast cancer a few years back.

and also, breast cancer is pretty much only in women, and we love women, and once our mom's get into the 40s and 50s they are more likely to get it, and we don't want our mom's to suffer when they had no control over it.. or somethin
