I have an internship for the spring semester and am looking for someone to take over my lease at University Suites, preferably in December or January, but the dates are flexible. The room has the base for a bed (five drawers in the base), a built-in desk, walk-in closet, private full bathroom. Common areas are furnished so all you would need is your bedroom stuff. The complex has a pool, volleyball court, exercise room, pool table, free tanning and printing, and a bus to campus. You would have three other roommates, two guys and a girl. Rent is $495 a month, everything included. Please let me know if you're interested! 10/9/2009 1:34:51 PM |

shitty management
not trying to ruin your thread. it is a pretty good deal for what you get, but watch out for certain managers.10/9/2009 8:24:37 PM |

lol i lived there last year, as long as you bitch about every single thing they won't charge you for shit.
only thing that sucked was that i had to pay a stormwater run off fee like every time it rained. which was weird they told us it was just the waterbill but like none of us ever washed clothes or did dishes so we didn't get it.

i lived there back in 05 and really had no complaints
then again, we were "the loud ones"
and didn't really ask much of the management
oh except when they tried to make us change our porch-light bulb. we were the only unit in the whole complex with a different color (made it real easy to find us, or refer to us...those guys toward the back with the green porchlight). we fought it and in the end just never did anything about it before we moved out
anyway it's not a bad gig for a younger undergrad who's still lookin for that college lifestyle 10/11/2009 6:59:48 AM |
