I will be watching this game while at work, and my excitement I had about us going to a descent bowl game have definitely evaporated. This will be the first time ever (and ive been a pack fan since 1997) that I have not picked us to win a football game and I hope I am wrong but I doubt it.....

TOB needs to have a sit down with his defense coaches and 2ndary and let them know that even a --near-- repeat of duke will mean all of them are out of jobs and off the team.

Don't worry, I'm just not shooting my mouth off. I talked to one of our corners and he just shrugged his shoulders like he couldn't do anything during that game. Somebody needs to light a fire under these guys.

FSU's defense disagrees.

I think we will lose this one bad, something along the lines of 38-21. Shinskie (sp?) will have 4+ TDs and 350+ yds. Russell will play well, but the defense and special teams will fuck us again. Plus this is our first game outside NC and I think that we'll struggle with a true road situation. Our receivers can't catch a ball in 80 degree heat, I doubt they'll do much better in 40-50 degree temps.

If TOB cannot get his guys fired up to play his old team, then he needs to go to the Lou Holtz school of motivation and spittle.

I think Pitt's QB and S. Carolina's QB are both much, much better than BC's.
