Alls I got is:
I know of PearPC but've never used it. &
MacDrive worked to access the HFS+ file system from an ailing iBook MacBook, but it's no emulator.

PearPC is OLD....

best way to replicate a mac on a PC is to go the hackintosh route:

What exactly are you trying to do? And, on x86 architecture or PowerPC architeture?
