I read that as partially UVa, and I have to tell you, I at least think NC State is better than those scrubs.

Great to see Elon getting off to such a good start. And NCCU, too. Good job, fellas!

PP also said the teams played 5 periods of 10 minutes each. so, who really knows what the format was.

I really want to know who our starting five will be....

Seems like we have a lot of young talent, but no real dominant players at all. Wonder if Sid will try a 10 man rotation again or if he actually knows who the best guys are this year.

I guess our starting five is

Javi
Degand?
Williams?
Horner
Smith

Really not sure about the 2 and 3....Mays at the 2 maybe? Is it possible Wood competes for starting at the 3?? I guess there's no way to tell this early.

If he is still starting then we are royally fucked. He doesn't need to play at all.

These are the possibilities I think:

1) Javi/Mays
2) CJ Williams/Mays/Wood
3) Johnny Thomas/CJ Williams/Wood
4) Horner/Howell
5) Smith/Vandenburg/Painter

^forgot about Thomas, hopefully he will be back to his old self this year. The few times I saw him play last year he looked like he was either lost or still slightly in pain, but not 100%. I hope to see his athleticism this year.

so 7-0 means we beat marquette and northwestern right?

Didnt FSU just beat marquette?

neither game will be easy but is it really a huge stretch that we win those?

It's kind of a stretch that we beat Marquette but it's winnable. We're a lot bigger than they are but it's going to require a much greater rebounding effort than we've shown.

^^yea they did, but just barely

Marquette has no inside threat and FSU exploited that bigtime. I expect sid to do the same

Is it really a stretch to say we are a top 64 team if we win those?
