Yeah my TWC HD channels like to scramble for a few secs every once in a while. Is it worse for basic cable? I can't even watch basic cable without raging

yeah, i noticed this on some stuff on my tivo that was recorded yesterday (and live now)

seems worst on the science channel HD.

it freezes up every 3 minutes or so for like 30 seconds.
