I know the title is salvage on the vehicle. So I checked that box off. BUT I do not know the answer to these two yes/no questions:

1. Has the bike been involved in a collision or other occurrence to the extent that the cost of the repair exceeds 25%
2. Has it been a flood vehicle

what should I do if the owner doesnt even know because he bought it as salvage? Pretty sure it wasnt a flood vehicle, almost positive.

thanks

Isn't it worded as "To the best of my knowledge" or something like that? If you don't know then the answer is no; assuming it is worded as such.

dmv is gonna rape you

isn't the the insurance different for a salvage title anyway?

and what about theft recoveries, are they considered salvage?

Yes, I believe you CANNOT get full coverage on a salvage titled bike.
