wow, what a game...

it was a very odd play, but how many times will Brady, Moss and Welker convert 3-4 yards?

I still would have kicked, but still

Did anyone see the Patriots staff member who was escorting Belichick off the field throw a cameraman to the ground?

I mean, I know Brady and Belichick think they're too good to interact with anyone after a game, but that was ridiculous.

Belichoke?? He called a play that was nearly executed to perrfection and would have put the game away. Had the reciever not bobbled the ball it's a first down and the games over. If anything it's the reciever who choked.

his call is what enabled it to come down to the receiver bobbling the ball instead of his defense holding.

Colts won with a retarded amount of injuries, especially at WR and DB, great game

^ of course it wasnt automatic, but you never give your opponent the ball on your own 28 with under 2 minutes left

That call is indefensible , even if they had converted. Not only are you going against decades of NFL history, you're basically telling your defense "you guys are shit, i don't trust you". A call like that not only loses you the game, but it may completely derail the Patriots season.

To me, it showed he had no confidence whatsoever in his defense stopping Peyton.

maybe belicheat thought he was coaching the wolfpack, in which case, I completely understand his complete lack of confidence in his defense.

doesn't this amazing season the colts are having diminish dungy's legacy? peyton is showing it was all him the whole time, that he can win no matter who the coach and receivers are.

^i kind of agree with that, except Dungy has to be credited with putting the team/coaches together which payton cannot do, therefore even if dungy leaves they should still be good for a few seasons

its not all going to fall apart just cause dungy is not there

I'll be honest it was stupid.....but he did juggle the first down catch.

I suffer through watching a team with a 2nd half lead go ultra conservative and lose games every Sunday. The patriots were courteous enough to get it over with in one play.

I was at a high school game Friday, where a coach decided to do a QB sneak on 4th and 3, from their own 10, in the 2nd quarter. They didn't get it, and I thought that was the dumbest call in the history of sport. This is right up there along the same level.
