chuckie amato was alright (underated in my opinon) but not notre dame level. i think they will try to hire paul jonson at gt or mabey the guy at oklamoha state.

Two weeks later: Saban is the next ND head coach.

In all honesty, here is the order I would call people (not saying they would go just the order i would contact them):

1. Meyer
2. Brian Kelly
3. Chris Peterson
4. Paul Johnson
5. If you don't get one of those four, maybe Skip Holtz or go the coordinator route (Charlie Strong, etc.)

but personally i don't think it would make it past #2
