Mark VII is badass. So is the Starion (good luck finding one though). Any of the GM A/G-bodies, really, would work great. (Malibu, Monte Carlo, Regal, Cutlass Supreme, etc.)

Really though--didn't you post a thread about wanting a 60's Camaro too? And then several "what should I get" threads other than this? What makes you serious this time?

If this just turns into a "cool 80's cars" thread that's fine by me though.

1970-1978 Datsun 240z, 260z, or 280z.

The 280zx or any ZX is bloated and over weight. the 300zx twin turbo is cool though

Actually, the '79 ZX can be made lighter than a '78 Z. I actually prefer the S130 chassis over the S30.

Think Electromotive.

Not really cost effective, but here's my list:

60's:
Chevelle convertible
911 coupe (they're all rusty)

70's:
BMW 3.0 CS (rusty too)
Alfa Romeo GTV (one of the prettiest cars imo)

80's:
BMW E30
Toyota FJ60
Audi Quattro
Lexus LS (1989)

lol. Actually I put my car IN there while those other cars were parked. Took about 12 minutes

As far as getting out...I let one of the other cars leave eventually (this was in front of my apt)

Lol, does that Conquest ad really compare 0-50 times?!?

And wow that Celica is a find. I wasn't aware they ever sold that car in the US.

[Edited on December 11, 2009 at 11:11 AM. Reason : how much power does it have, I wonder if it could put down 300hp easy.]

That could would be sweet for Rally-X...until something broke and you find out its a discontinued part

Wonder if he'd take an even trade for my GS-R
