appreciate it. I had someone at work asking me about a Laptop and this site proved perfect for him. He wanted a new laptop with XP Pro and mainly just needed it for surfing, email, office, adobe, and a little photoshop. Pretty standard, but he was trying to spend <$400 and still wanted a DVD drive and at least a 15" screen.

i got an email saying it had been shipped but the order number and shit wont work on the website so i dunno if it ever got delivered or not.. sent it to work buthavent been in this week

^^ I'm assuming that was a new machine that you configured. I'm not surprised if its taking forever, that stuff has to be built and shipped from china, and most likely from components that were on back-order. Sometimes the delivery times get out of hand.

As far as stuff ordered from the outlet during the warehouse sale, they weren't prepared for the number of orders that were made. The ordering system on the web hasn't been integrated with the rest of the ordering fulfillment system and they have to enter them by hand, resulting in some lengthy delays.

I wasn't aware it was that bad though, or that the emails weren't being sent out. They must be having some problems with SAP.
