You're either configured internally such that a large enough shit bumps your prostate a bit or you are really sensitive to pressures applied to your prostate. Unless this has been a somewhat recent change for you, I wouldn't worry about it or see a doctor. If memory serves, this happens to something like 1 in 8 guys.

has happened to me about 3-4 times ever. but it is not semen. it is an off-white milky fluid (but not clumpy/stringy like semen), and it is your prostate gland's fluid. of course, it forms a big chunk of semen, so that's why it is easy to confuse for semen.

i have still never figured out the conditions which lead it to come out. last time it happened was several years ago.

p.s. as you said, it is at the end of urinating. but i don't see what shitting has to do with it.

makes sense. i can't recall if it happened to me after shitting. however, other things can cause pressure down there as well, such as being too full of food with the belt too tight or sitting for a long time with the belt too tight or the stomach too full, etc.
