Working female teacher/part-time student, rarely home on weekends looking for roommate (female only please!)

Room available in 1200 sq ft house on Tryon Road, near Campus Crossing
2 cats already live here, other animals negotiable
1 bedroom available (can be furnished or not)
Bathroom: shared
Kitchen: w/o dishwasher
Entertainment room, dining room, living room, back porch, front porch, driveway
Room for washer/dryer if wanted
Covered parking

how long is your lease?

The lease ends in March, but is going to be renewed until October. Whoever moves in can lease month to month.

The house is 2 bedrooms... and I do have tv and internet... all included.

Oh, and I plan on living here for at least another year... probably longer... the lease is just off and is going by 6mo at a time.
