I spotted one of these on a 1989 Mercedes and rebuilt the design on my computer. Raleigh issued these in the '80s, so if you have an '80s car, this would be a nice touch. It goes in the lower corner of the windshield on the passenger side. To change the year, the font is called Old Towne (http://simplythebest.net/fonts/fonts/old_town.html)
